Whilst some of us aren't able to play competitive sport, that doesn't stop us enjoying watching it on television or live.

What sports do you enjoy? For me, I like to watch rugby, both union and league, not too keen on football. Motor racing can be good fun to go to live and I think that's about it.

I follow Rugby league and St Helens is my team, I used to love going to matches but unfortunatly I have never been to Langtree Park during game day as the noise from the crowd would set me off seizing :( I just watch it on tv instead.

Love the tennis (not just Wimbledon) pretty much all Athletics, some of the Formula One (though enjoyed it more a few years back)...
