Today (so far) i am havin a really rubbish day
i didnt sleep v well last night , palpitations keeping me awake , surely there is someting they can do to get it back into the right rythym cos they are reallly gettin me down now ...

am on an upped dose of bisoprolol and nothing is happening..:(

Hi Rach,

We all have down days- and they suck.

Maybe you could try and go out and meet a friend? Having someone to chat to and to take your mind off things might help.

You could also phone the GUCH PA helpline 0800 854 759. There is a 24 hour answer machine and someone will call you back.
