Hiya,

I had my aortic valve replaced in jan 08. I lost a lot of weight as I was quite ill afterwards I put some back on. But in general a I did lose some weight. I am maintaing my weight and I'm happily a size 8!! I do eat basically what I want. Just enjoy being slim and the envy of others.

Love Michelle xx

I have put on over a stone since my valve surgery in October 2009.It was a good excuse to go shopping. I think everybody is just different, as long as your a healthy weight thats all that matters :D
Feel free to read my blog about my upcoming valve operation....all comments appreciated
