Diagnosis:
Truncus artertious type 1
RV To Pulmonary artery homograft and VSD closure 1984
Redo RV To Pulmonary artery homograft 1993
Post-operative mediastinitis
Severe re-stenosis of RV TO PA homograph with supra systemic rv pressure
Balanced chromosome 10/14 translocation

In clinic on the 23/12/12

ECG shows sinus rhythm with right bundle branch block with QRS duration of 170msecs. My echo was very difficult and had limited views due to scare tissue. Very poor looking right and left ventricular function with quite a dilated right ventricle and pulmonary artery. They could not get good views of the RV TO PA CONDUIT. Still showing signs and developing increasing right heart failure.

Next step

They are going to do another angiogram and this time i will also have a TOE at the same time. So they can make a finale check on things. They are looking into options weather or not i can have a keyhole or if it will be complete open heart. We shall see when i have had my next angiogram.

Well i don't make is easy for them do i lol.
