Hi, Flowerdee

Welcome

I have a different condition but I know how scary it can be dealing with this stuff when it gets in the way of doing what you want. I find it very helpful to meet others in the same boat and talk about it.

Not sure when the next event is but to start the talking, you can ring the Somerville Foundation helpline: http://www.thesf.org.uk/contact-us/helpline.aspx and talk to someone who understands.

Hope you can start to work out how to live to best effect with this.
