hello everyone!

i wonder if anyones been in the position of bloods showing too high for cholestrol and glucose (diabetes). they rang to tell me but i cant see doctor till monday!!

will it mean more tablets everyday??

i got told last week i will definitely need mtral valve surgery in 3-5 years.

on the good note last week ECG was fine post cardio version and i stopped taking warfarin last week!!

i stop taking one set and might have to start another!!

i know its a silly moan but i am really fed up. any sympathy welcome!!

Diet would be the first port of call before medication.

Hi, apple cider vinegar diluted in water is what I use to lower cholesterol naturally. Like you i am not unterested in taking more pills.

What evidence is there of this lowering serum cholesterol levels?

Never heard of it.

This is a sensible watch though for those type 2 diabetics who aren't interested in remaining diabetic,
